The delivery time is indicated in working days, counting from the confirmation of payment. Delivery time may vary depending on the product, destination and national holidays.

The average shipping time in Spain is 7 to 14 business days.

In case the volume of orders reduces the availablability of stock, a new delivery time will be communicated to the client and we will try our best for the product to be delivered as quickly as possible.

If the product is discontinued and is no longer available for purchase, this fact is communicated to the client. The client has a right to select a new product of similar price or to cancel the order and receive the refund.

Change or return of defective products can take place if the customer received a product of wrong size, color or in any other case, in which the appearance of the product differs vastly from the characteristics advertised on the website. The product change may take place, provided it is available in the stock on the date requested.

Please keep in mind that the configuration of your computer monitor can slightly affect the colour displayed. Small differences between the color of the product received and that of the product displayed on the screen shall not be considered defective. Pictures on the webpage are displayed for the reference only, color may not be 100% similar, only around 90 %. However, if you are certain that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us and provide photos of the product. Our team will process your request and in case of the product of the wrong colour sent to you, we will proceed with the exchange or return.

Return Process

In order to change or return the product, you must first contact Weddingland team by sending an email to within a period of 7 days from the moment you receive the product.

In case of return, after processing your request, we will give you a Return Number and the necessary data for you to send the product to our office. In the instructions you will find the order information, price and the return number to be able to track the package.

Product may only be returned if:

It has not been used or damaged.
All the tags are attached and intact.
Product is not dirty.
Product is in its original packaging.
Product has not been modified in any way.

In addition, several articles of the same order must be returned in a single shipment. Separate returns of products of the same order will not be accepted. Shipping costs of the returned product are covered by the buyer.
